Domestic - USA

  1. We will make every effort to process and ship orders in a timely manner, however outside business conditions may impact order processing.

  2. Tracking is provided on all orders. SKOREBOARD is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered.

  3. Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. SKOREBOARD is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.

  4. SKOREBOARD is not liable for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier.

  5. Customers can select an expedited shipping option at checkout.

  6. Holidays, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact shipping and delivery times.

  7. Issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  8. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

International Shipping

  5. Every country has its own set of regulations for importing goods. International buyers agree to ship at their own risk. SKOREBOARD is not liable for any shipments that have been confiscated by customs or informing the customer of the cost of duty to import their goods.

  6. We recommend you contact your country's customs agency to determine what the rules are for importing our products and the cost of duty. We do not take responsibility for issues with shipment related to customs.
